Mark
is an enthusiastic self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility
and commitment to his clients.
Prior to forming kendrick hobbs in 2004 his experience in
the industry goes back to the 1980s and includes hands-on
periods and management roles in cafés, restaurants,
contract catering, pubs/bars and within event catering.
Mark has been responsible for some 15 years for managing and
delivering catering consultancy projects for a variety of
clients across a wide range of situations in the UK, continental
Europe and the Middle East within private, public and not-for-profit
sectors.
Particular specialist areas include retail catering, arts
and heritage sector cafés, restaurants and event catering
and catering in the workplace.
As lead consultant he brings a measured approach and personal
dedication to get the job done.
